
Olive Oil, Dates, Pecan & Rum Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy creamÂ
1 can (14 oz) condensed milkÂ
2 tbsp Terra Delyssa Bold & Fruity extra virgin olive oilÂ
1 tsp pure vanilla extractÂ
2 tsp rum extractÂ
1 cup pecans, finely chopped, toastedÂ
8-10 Terra Delyssa Organic Deglet Noor dates, finely choppedÂ
Instructions:Â
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream at high speed until thick and creamy (about 3 minutes). Add the condensed milk, olive oil, vanilla and rum extracts and beat at low speed until just combined.
Fold in the chopped pecans and dates.
Pour into a loaf pan or ice cream pan and let it freeze overnight or at least for 7 hours.Â
