INSTRUCTIONSā£
1. To make the date paste, add dates to a bowl. Cover with hot water and soak for 10 minutes. Place dates and 1 cup of the soaking water in high speed blender and blend until smooth. ā£
2. To make the whipped coffee topping, combine instant coffee, hot water and sugar in a bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy and light (around 3 mins).ā£
3. To make the cocktail, add date paste, vanilla, rum, KahlĆŗa and olive oil to a cocktail glass, and mix well. Top with ice, milk and the whipped coffee.
